Man. I was hoping this wasn't going to get too bad. I had a similar experience with one of my kids. Holding them down is the WORST.
They gave us a choice to hold her down ourselves or to have them hold her down. I don't know... I think watching somebody else do it would be worse, somehow. That thought didn't make holding her down myself any easier...
